Yes. We set up your account with you, bring in your customers and get your route ready, at no cost. Your first month is free too.
What is a founding member?
The first 5 companies to join keep the price they signed up at for life. The next 25 keep it for 24 months from the day they join. Your Account page shows your founding status.
Can I switch from Pool AI Solo to Pool AI Pro later?
Yes, any time. Everything you've built stays: customers, routes, history and pool pages.
Does the owner count as a user?
No. The owner's login is always free, on every plan. In Pool AI Pro you get 10 users for your team on top of that: techs, service managers and office staff.
Do I need a contract?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time.
What are the 3 ZIP codes for?
Homeowners looking for a pool company in the Pool AI directory and the Blue app see you in your ZIP codes. Each ZIP shows up to 3 companies, so homeowners always have a choice and you never compete with a crowd. Both plans include 3 ZIP codes; each extra ZIP is just $1 a month.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Your customers' pool page, messages and Blue are free for them.
Do I have to use Pool AI payments?
No. You can keep taking checks, Zelle or your own processor. If you use Pool AI payments, it's 3.9% + 35¢ per card payment and 1% for bank payments, with no monthly fee.
Who pays the card fee?
You choose when you turn on payments: your company pays it, or your customers pay a card fee at checkout. Pool AI follows the card rules for you, so customer fees only go on credit cards, stay within the allowed limit and are left off where your state doesn't allow them. Bank payments can always be offered as the cheaper option.
